Day 3 At Camp

Got another day of great training in the hills of northern GA. We rode 4.5 hours and kept it easy and a little flatter. Got a hard effort chasing the Cesar he can fly up the hills! We unwrapped the new Helium Bike cases they look really cool.

Finishing up day one of Realcyclist.com team camp. Had a great ride on the new De Rosa Merak rides like a dream. Did a chilly 3.5 hour ride in the great rolling hills of GA. The Hiker Hostel is great really cool set up.

I can across a section of road that fell after the rains
Confirming California is falling into the sea!
Its not that rare to see this in Durango but in LA What
The views never get old up the Santa Monica Mt!

One other thing that I never thought I would see this in LA a Zebra and 2 camels?

Enjoying the riding still been able to ride jersey and shorts for the past couple of days! Cant wait to get home for a couple of weeks!

Southern California Training

Been having a great week riding in Southern California. Been riding 4 to 5 hours per day in the santa monica mountains getting ready for the great up coming season with Realcyclist.com. Looks like I will have great week of weather to get
my last week of base in Cally then its back to Durango for two weeks before camp and a month in GA with Josh Saint and Jason Kreil.

I have seen a ton of cool cars this was one of the crazy ones!

Cross Nationals!!!!! Champions!!!


Recovering from a great weekend at cross nationals! I had a rough race breaking by rear derailleur on my second lap and had to drop out. But the rest of the team stepped up and dominated the race and help bring home a national championship for Fort Lewis!!!!! Congrats again to Teal for inspiring every one with her dominate race for a national title!! Teal your my hero!

Also a HUGE thanks to all of the great staff that helped out all weekend we could not bring home the championships with out you!

Also a thanks to Greg Thomas and all his work taking great shot of every one racing and keeping every one!!!

Lets keep it rolling at Fort Lewis cycling and take the fisrt ever road national championship in Madison!!
